摘要
基于价值网和社会网理论视角,探讨了本土企业转型升级过程中出现的问题,并指出转型升级不仅仅是整体价值网的攀升,也是个体企业打破"社会牢笼"的社会网位置攀升。同时,社会网和价值网互动,在本土宏观战略和微观行动之前搭起一座桥梁,推动和实现本土企业的转型升级和高端突破。最后,结合浙江温州柳市低压电器集群网络30年的发展历程进行案例检验。
Based on the study of social network and value network, this paper deeply studies the problem in the process of model-transfer upgrading of enterprises. It points out that upgrading is not only the upgrading of value network, but also breaking the "social cage" and getting the good place in social network. At the same time, the mutual effect of the social network and the value network builds a bridge between the macro strategy and the micro action, and promotes model-transfer upgrading and the breakthrough in high level of local enterprises. At last, the paper makes a test of case study of Liushi low- voltage electrical appliances industrial cluster in Zhejiang province.
