摘要
以个性化教育思想为指导,对中级会计学课程个性化教学改革进行探讨,认为应注重学生的个性化差异,从"学习积极性"、"学习能力"和"基础知识"三个维度对学生进行评价。针对学生的个性化差异设计教学方案,借助网络工具与学生进行一对一辅导,强调学生学习兴趣的培养和学习能力的提高。
This paper discusses the reform of the individualized teaching of intermediate accounting course on the basis of the individualized education theory, it believes that the teachers should focus on students' individual differences and evaluate the students from three dimensions: enthusiasm for learning, learning ability and basic knowledge, then design teaching programs according to students ' individual differences, guide students one - to -one with the networking tools, cultivate students' learning interest and improve learning capabilities.
