摘要
基于国家电网公司特高压电网发展规划和新疆"十二五"电网规划,以2012年昌吉规划网架为基础,从潮流分布、静态安全、暂态稳定性、短路电流水平、220 kV供电分区模式等方面,对750 kV系统及大电源接入对昌吉电网的影响进行了研究。梳理了电网安全稳定的薄弱环节,对2015年目标水平年昌吉规划网架进行短路电流和暂态安全稳定性校核,并对昌吉地区初步规划的电网适应能力进行了评价。计算结果将为地区电网规划和运行工作提供参考。
Based on the development plan of UHV of State Grid Corporation of China and the planning grid of Changji in 2012, the current distribution, static security, transient stability, short circuit current level and power supply section of Changji grid after access of the 750 kV system and super-power source are analyzed. The short circuit current and transient stability of the planning grid for the year of 2015 are calculated too. The adaptability of the planning Changji grid is evaluated. The research results can provide advice in regional power network planning and operation.
