超超临界机组瞬变负荷对供电煤耗率的影响 被引量:9

摘要 通过对华能海门电厂1 036 MW机组的瞬变负荷试验,采用不同的负荷升降率、幅度、波动次数动态分析机组的供电煤耗率。试验结果表明:不论何种速率,加负荷过程的供电煤耗率明显高于稳态负荷,而降负荷供电煤耗率略低于稳态负荷,瞬变负荷波动幅度越大,机组供电煤耗率瞬态波动幅度越大;得出机组最佳负荷升速率、最佳节能调度的方式等。该试验结果可达到提高机组运行的经济性,降低机组供电煤耗率,从而最终为电厂节能减排、优化机组间的运行方式以及电网的节能调度提供理论依据。 By the instantaneously variable load experiments of different load rising rate, the amplitude, wave frequency and the coal consumption analysis in the 1 036 MW unit of Huaneng Haimen Power Plant were implemented. The results show that the coal consumption rate of rising load conditions was bigger than that of stable load conditions, and the coal consumption rate of dropping load conditions was smaller than that of stable conditions. The bigger the load fluctuation was, the bigger the coal consmnption rate fluctuation was. The optimal rising load rate and the optimal scheduling mode were gained. The economical efficiency of unit operation was improved and the coal consumption rate was reduced. The experiments result can provide a theoretical basis for the energy saving, emission reducing, optimal operation mode and the energy saving scheduling.
