摘要
介绍了无刷双馈电机的结构特点,利用Ansoft/Maxwell 2D对笼型带深槽转子、凸极加导条转子和磁障式磁阻转子的无刷双馈电机分别进行建模和二维瞬态电磁场有限元计算,得出电机磁力线分布,气隙磁通密度波形,通过对气隙磁通密度波形的谐波频谱分析,得到磁障式磁阻转子结构具有较好的极数转换功能,即磁场调制效果较好。
This paper introduces structural characteristics of brushless doubly-fed machine. The models of the machines with deep-slot squirrel-cage rotor, salient-pole bar rotor and magnetic barrier-type reluctance rotor are established respectively by Ansoft/Maxwell 2D software and two-dimensional transient electromagnetic fields of the machines are calculated by finite-element method. The distribution of magnetic force line and waveform of air-gap flux density are obtained. By analyzing harmonic spectrum of air-gap flux density waveform, it is showed that magnetic barrier-type reluctance rotor has a good function of pole-number conversion, i.e. the effect of magnetic field modulation is good.
