大型水轮机座环工地加工工艺研究

Research on On-Site Machining Technology of Bottom Ring of Large-Sized Hydraulic Turbine

叙述了大型座环工地加工部位、加工方法及找正方案,对不同结构的座环工地加工及设备选择进行了比较,总结了座环工地加工中的一些技术要求,为水轮机座环的工地加工提供了宝贵经验。

This paper describes the on-site machining position, machining method and alignment scheme of large bottom ring, compares the on-site machining technologies and the selected machining equipments of bottom ring with various structures, summarizes some technical requirements for on-site machining of bottom ring. It provides some valuable experiences for future on-site machining of bottom ring of hydraulic turbine.
