摘要 介绍国产引进西门子技术1 000 MW超超临界机组轴系结构布置特点、其对轴系振动的影响以及振动评价指标。基于对10余台机组振动问题诊断和治理工作的经验,总结此类机组在运行中存在的高压转子振动值大幅波动、3号轴承座振动值异常跳动和励磁机转子临界转速振动大等典型振动故障,分析这些故障的振动特征和产生原因并给出应对策略,结合3个现场实例分析予以说明。给出的振动故障识别方法、处理措施和实例分析对同型机组的振动故障诊断处理具有参考意义。 The layout features of the unit shafting and their effects on shafting vibration and evaluation index were introduced for 1 000 MW ultra supercritical units with Simens technology. Based on the vibration diagnosis and treatment for more than l0 units, some typical vibration faults were summarized, such as the vibration fluctuation of the high pressure (HP) rotor, abnormal vibration increasing of No.3 bearing pedestal and big vibration of the exciter rotor during its critical range of speeds. The vibration characteristics, the causes of faults and countermeasures were analyzed. Three applications were analyzed. The vibration fault identification method, control measures and applications can provide a reference for vibration diagnoses and treatments of the same type units.
