摘要
为了提高电网调度、控制以及管理信息的安全水平,保障在恶劣条件下电力系统各类信息传输的可靠性,江苏电网开展了电力通信网第二平面建设。文章通过回顾总结江苏电网"省—市"骨干通信网第二平面的建设过程及其组网模式,对省级骨干通信网第二平面建设思路进行了探讨。
Jiangsu Grid has embarked on the construction of the second plant of communication network, so as to increase the grid＇s dispatching and controlling security as well as information management level, guaranteeing the reliability of all kinds of information transmission under bad situations. This essay, by reviewing the construction process and networking model of the second plant of the ＂province to city＂ backbone communication network in Jiangsu grid, explores the thoughts on constructing the backbone communication network at provincial level.
