铁路捣固车状态监测与故障诊断系统设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 设计了一种捣固车状态监测与故障诊断系统.该系统可实时在线采集监测捣固车的工作状态信息,通过专家系统对信息进行处理分析,结合监测铁路维修情况对捣固车运行状况做出合理判断,以确保捣固车作业质量,并为后续维护工作提供可靠依据.目前,该系统已经投入实际运行,它提高了捣固车作业的质量和速度,具有良好的经济效益. Abstract:This paper proposed a system ior the conditioua, chine, which can collect the information of monitoring tamping machine's working condition on line in real- time. The information was processed and analyzed with an expert system, and this system can combine with the condition of monitoring railway maintenance to make reasonable judgments for the operational state of the tamping machine in order to ensure the operational quality, and can offer reliable basis for fol- low-up maintenance. Currently, this system has been put into operation. It improves the operating quality and speed of the tamping machine and brings better economic benefits.
