摘要
实现数控机床高效化和自动化的核心问题在于解决数控机床与计算机之间的信息交换和互动。通过分析数控机床通信发展的历程,提出基于ZigBee的数控机床通信系统技术方案,并介绍了通信系统硬件、软件功能的实现。实验结果表明:数控机床与工作站之间可以正常收发数据,避免了繁琐的布线,提高了数控机床的工作效率。
To realize high efficiency and automation of NC machine tool,the core question is information exchange and interaction between NC machine tool and computer.Through analyzing the development course of NC machine tool communication,the scheme of NC machine tool communication system was proposed based on ZigBee wireless communication technology.The realizations of communication system hardware and software were introduced.The experimental results show that the data receiving and dispatching between NC machine tool and workstation is normal.The complex wiring is avoided and NC machine tool's working efficiency is raised.
