摘要
为了提高机油冷却器疲劳脉冲试验台的压力跟踪精度,在说明试验台工作原理的基础上,构建系统的数学模型,设计了一种基于重复控制理论的重复控制器,并将其控制效果与传统PID控制器的进行对比。研究结果表明:所设计的控制器可以更好地跟踪周期信号,提高试验台的压力控制精度。
In order to improve the pressure tracking accuracy of vehicle oil cooler's fatigue pulsation test-bed,the working principle of the test-bed was explained and the mathematical modeling of the system was built.A repetitive controller which was based on repetitive control theory was designed and the error tracking effects of PID controller and the repetitive controller were compared.The result shows that the designed repetitive controller can track the periodic signals and improve the pressure control precision of the fatigue test-bed better.
