摘要
介绍平衡式气动减压阀的结构和工作原理,分析气体流动作用力对减压阀动态特性的影响,建立平衡式气动减压阀的动态特性数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink建立仿真模型,并对其进行仿真计算和分析。仿真结果表明:气体流动作用力对平衡式气动减压阀的动态性能影响不大,且该类减压阀压力特性好、稳压精度高。
The structure and work principle of balanced pneumatic pressure reducing valve were introduced.The influence of gas flow force on the reducing valve's dynamic characteristic was analyzed.The dynamic mathematic model of the valve was established.The simulation model was built by Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the gas flow force has little effect on the balanced pneumatic pressure reducing valve's dynamic characteristic,and this kind of pressure reducing valve has good pressure characteristics and high steady pressure precision.
