摘要
以自青海海拔4 ,150m高山采集的水母雪莲叶片为外植体 ,在含有6—BA(2mg/l)和NAA(0.2mg/l)的MS固体培养基上 ,14d后可诱导出粉红色愈伤组织。当愈伤组织被转移到含6—BA(0.5mg/l)和NAA(0.05mg/l)的MS培养基上 ,7d后在愈伤组织上即可诱导出幼芽 ,伸长后成幼苗。将生长21d的幼苗移入含NAA(0.2mg/l)的MS固体培养基上 。
Saussurea medusa calluses were derived from the young leaves collected fron Qinghai Plateau at altitude 4150m on solid MS medium containing 2mg/l 6-BA and 0.2mg/l NAA.The calluses were pink.Young bud can be induced fron calluses on solid MS medium contaning 6-BA 0.5mg/l and NAA 0.05mg/l 7 days after transfer from the former medium(MS+BA2+NAA0.2).Roots were formed when the yong seedlings were cultured for one week in MS medium supplemented with 0.2mg/l NAA.To our knowlege,this is the first tissue culture experiment of saussurea medusa.The successful result is very significant for the usage of the plant,especially for it’s medical value.
