乳腺癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α的水平变化及临床意义 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清中IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平与乳腺癌发病的关系。方法应用放射免疫分析方法检测50例乳腺癌患者不同时期血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平,并与30例正常者对照比较。结果乳腺癌患者活动期血清中IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的含量显著高于缓解期和对照组,IL-10含量显著低于缓解期和对照组。缓解期IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。活动期IL-6、IL-8表达水平与TNF-α呈正相关,与IL-10呈负相关。结论乳腺癌患者活动期IL-10表达水平降低,IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α表达水平升高,使体内免疫调节失衡,从而成为乳腺癌患者病因之一。乳腺癌患者血清中IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平与疾病严重程度显著相关。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α level and their clinical significance in patients with breast cancer. Methods Serum levels of IL-6, IL-g, IL-10 and TNF-α were detected by radioim- munoassay in 50 cases of breast cancer and 30 normal controls. Results The serum levels of IL-6, IL-g and TNF-αwere sig- nificantly higher, but the level of IL-10 was significantly lower in patients with breast cancer than that in remission period and the normal controls. There were no statistical difference between IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α level in remission period and the normal controls. Further more, the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-g were positively correlated with the expression of TNF-α but neg- atively correlated with IL-10. Conclusion The serum level of IL-10 decreased significantly while the level of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α increased markedly with breast cancer in remission period, which may disturb the immune regulation and then hence im- plicated in the prognosis of cancer patients. The changes of the levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were closely relat- ed to the disease status and were of prognostic value in patients with breast cancer.
