老年高血压合并脑卒中患者自我效能与疾病知识的相关性

The correlation between self-efficacy and knowledge in elder hypertension with stroke patients

目的探讨老年高血压合并脑卒中患者自我效能与脑卒中防治知识的水平及其相关性。方法采用健康行为自我效能量表、脑卒中防治知识问卷,对100例名老年高血压合并脑卒中患者进行调查。结果患者自我效能得分为(59.75±16.61)分,处于中低水平;患者脑卒中防治知识的掌握得分为(20.73±7.71)分,处于中低水平;自我效能与脑卒中防治知识掌握情况呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论应提高老年高血压或高血压合并脑卒中患者自我效能与脑卒中防治知识,预防脑卒中的发生或复发。

Objective To describe the self-efficacy and knowledge of stroke prevention in elder hypertension with stroke patients, and anlayze their correlation. Methods One hundred hypertension with stroke patients were investigated with self-rated abilities for health practice scale and the knowledge of stroke prevention questionnaire. Results The mean scores of self-efficacy was （ 59.75 ± 16. 61 ）, in the moderate and less level. The mean scores of stroke prevention knowledge was （20. 73 ±7. 71 ）, in the moderat and less level. There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and knowledge of stroke prevention （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion It is suggested to improve their self-efficacy and knowledge of stroke prevention, there by to prevent the occurrence of stroke or recurrence.
