摘要
利用有限元建立了金刚石串珠绳的简化模型,分析了金刚石串珠绳的固有频率,并通过实验,对所建立的串珠绳有限元进行了验证。在此基础上仿真分析了串珠绳结构对金刚石串珠绳固有频率的影响。实验结果表明,所建立的串珠绳有限元模型与实验结果有很好的吻合。增加串珠绳的长度,串珠绳的固有频率会随之减小;而减少每米串珠的个数,固有频率会随之增加;随着串珠外径的增加,串珠绳的固有频率会有所减小;另外,随着串珠绳内部钢丝绳变粗,其固有频率也会略有降低。
The simplified finite element model of diamond wiresaw is established to analyze the natural frequency. Design experiments to measure the natural frequency of the same diamond wiresaw. It's found that the two results are in good agreement. On this basis, the influence on the natural frequency of the diamond wiresaw by the structure has been researched in the finite element method. The result shows the wire natural frequency decreases with the increase of the wire length. When the number of beads in each meter reduces, the natural frequency increases. However, with the increase of bead outside diameter, the natural frequency reduces. In addition, the diameter of internal rope increases, its natural frequency also reduces.
