摘要
基于船舶安全性问题提出了锚泊可视化远程测控系统的设计方案,包括锚泊现场信息采集端和码头主控端两部分。其中锚泊信息采集端用来检测锚泊现场风速流速等海况信息、锚链受力信息等,再通过无线设备发送到码头主控端。码头主控端以嵌入式W E B服务器为主,内嵌船舶走锚概率计算及锚泊预警功能。远程测控系统中海水流速检测器自行设计,其它硬件均由集成芯片实现。
Based on the issue of ship safety,novel design scheme of a remote measurement and control system of ship mooring equipment is proposed,including information sampling subsystem and remote control subsystem.The former is used to detect environmental information such as wind speed,water speed,and the anchor chain's stress,then to submit them to the remote control terminal by wireless channel.The latter is based on an embedded WEB server,with some functions such as calculating the probability of wrong mooring movement,submitting its alarming signal,etc.The hardware in point is mainly based on integrated chips,except a water speed detector designed by authors.
