摘要
是用可编程控制器控制味精发酵工段。温度和P H值是发酵工段中的主要影响因素,以此为依据设计的一套计算机控制系统。这套系统分上,下两层,上层是由工业计算机进行控制和显示:用WinCC生成主画面,编辑工艺流程画面,建立报警记录画面和趋势记录画面,最后进行组态。下层由SIMATIC S7-300构成,通过所编辑的程序,从现场采集数据,然后再进行控制输出。将上,下层连接起来,从而控制温度和P H值,不断提高发酵工段的产酸率,最终达到提高味精的产量和质量的目的。
