随着市场竞争的日益加剧,越来越多的企业选择运输外包,对于企业来说,运输外包的成败是影响企业竞争力的重要因素。因此,必须重视对承运商的选择。本文采用层次分析法,利用matlab软件,用定量和定性相结合的方法对承运商企业进行了评价选择。

With the growing market competition, more and more enterprises choose transportation outsourcing. It has become a key factor which will affect the competitiveness of enterprise. Therefore, we must pay much attention to the choice of transportation enterprise. This paper used the analytic hierarchy process, using of matlab software, combined with quantitative and qualitative method to choose transportation enterprise.
