安全型碳刷架在发电机励磁系统中的应用

发电机能不能正常发电,励磁电流是关键要素之一,而励磁电流的产生,是励磁电源通过碳刷和发电机转子集电环相连来实现的。由于碳刷与集电环是在高速旋转过程中建立起来的电气回路,碳刷的磨损情况较为突出,若要发电机长周期、稳定运行,就必须定期对碳刷进行检查、维护,发现不符合运行要求的及时更换。所以选择安全型的碳刷架结构,可以实现维护方便,延长碳刷运行时间,减少碳刷更换频次,维护人员的作业风险大幅度降低,发电机的安全、稳定运行水平得到提升。
