摘要
论题以一篇旅游公示语英译译文实例为样本语料,以服务"信息接受者"为出发点,采用量化分析法,对外籍人员对中国旅游公示语英语译文的满意度及其存在的问题进行了调查分析;并在此基础上结合旅游公示语的文体特点,探讨了我国公示语翻译与使用中存在的问题的原因及解决对策。
This paper aims to find out how foreign visitors feel about Chinese-English translation of public signs in China, so as to compare the Chinese approach to public sign translation with those adopted by other countries and to identify functional deficiencies in English version of public signs in China.
