科技投入对长三角能源效率的影响评价——基于动态Malmquist生产率指数的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 以1999-2009年数据为样本,先采用基于投入型Malmquist生产率指数法对上海市、江苏省和浙江省三省市的能源效率进行测算,然后采用面板数据进行回归分析,考察科技投入对能源效率的影响。结果表明:(1)江浙沪近11年的能源效率并没有明显提高,技术进步率下降是能源效率降低的内在原因;(2)科技投入对能源效率影响显著,可通过扩大科技资金投入、进行技术改造、技术创新等方式提高能源效率,促进长三角地区低碳经济的快速发展。 The paper calculated the energy efficiency of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang from 1999 to 2009 with the Malmquist Index Approach. And the paper further analyzed the effects of science and technology inputs on Energy Efficieney with Panel Data. The results showed: (1) The energy efficiency of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang was not improved obviously during the eleven years. The main reason for descent of energy efficiency was the falling rate of technology progress. (2) The science and technology inputs had marked effect on energy efficiency and were positively related to energy efficiency. Improvement of energy efficiency could be achieved through expanding investments in science and technology and carrying out the technical renovation which also promoted the growth of low carbon economy.
