电动机应用广泛,对其故障原因正确判断,找到其损坏的根本原因尤其重要,否则,换新后还会损坏,不但造成经济损失,也会影响生产。本文介绍了疑难故障的分析方法,并例举了笔者多年维修见到的比较典型的实例。

With the wide use of motor, it is important to judge its fault causes and find the root causes of motor damage. The new motor would be damaged if the real damage causes couldn＇t be found, which not only causes e- conomic loss, but also affect production. The paper introduces the analysis methods of knotty faults and gives some typical examples seen in the maintenance experiences for years.
