Exploration and Practice on Modern Master-prentice Mode in Mine Electro-mechanical Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

现代师徒制是各国人才培养的重要形式之一,本文就现代师徒制国内外研究现状、特点及我国在实践中存在的问题进行分析,对高职矿山机电专业现代师徒制人才培养模式进行重构,通过实践不断优化,以培养出适应现代煤炭企业需要的高端技能型矿山机电专门人才。

Modern master--prentice mode is an important mode of talent cultivation in many countries. By analy- zing the research status of modern master--prentice mode at home and abroad, its characteristics and existing problems in its practice in China, the authors present the reconstruction of modern master--prentice talent culti- vation mode in mine electro--mechanical specialty of higher vocational education by practice and optimization, which will help cultivate high--end skilled mine electro--mechanical specialized personnel adapt to the require- ments of modern coal enterprises.
