摘要
皖北煤电百善煤矿历经34年的建设与发展,从一个设计年生产能力45万吨的小型矿井,发展成为年产量150万吨的大型综合机械化矿井。但是随着百善矿资源面临枯竭,生产能力逐渐减少,综采工作面转型为炮采工作面,2010年底,随着采掘系统的增多,给保运系统设备、人员管理上带来了一定的难度。为了在矿井后期做到安全、高效运输原煤,安装了皮带智能控制系统。
After 34--year construction and development , Baishan Colliery has grown from a small colliery with an expected production capacity of 450000 tons to a large fully--mechanized one with an annual output of 1.5 million tons. But due to the exhaustion of resource and the gradual reduction of production capacity, the fully-mechanized mining face has transformed to blasting mining face with some degree of difficulty in equipment and personnel management of transport guarantee system. The paper introduces the installation of belt intelligent control system to achieve safe and efficient coal transport.
