摘要 以1,4–丁二醇(BDO)为引发剂,三氟化硼.乙醚(BF3.OEt2)为催化剂,二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2)为溶剂,3–硝酸酯甲基–3–甲基氧杂环丁烷(NMMO)经阳离子开环聚合得到端羟基聚3–硝酸酯甲基–3–甲基氧杂环丁烷(PNMMO),然后将PNMMO的端羟基用硝酸/醋酐硝化后得到端硝酸酯基聚3–硝酸酯甲基–3–甲基氧杂环丁烷(NTPNMMO)齐聚物增塑剂。通过IR、13C–NMR、DSC对NTPNMMO的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明NTPNMMO的玻璃化转变温度为–45.32℃,热分解峰温为213.47℃,作为含能增塑剂具有较好的应用前景。 The hydroxyl-terminated poly 3-nitratomethyl-3-methyloxetane (PNMMO) was obtained by 3-nitratomethyl-3-methyloxetane (NMMO) through cationic ring-opening polymerization using 1,4zbutanediol (BDO) as initiator, boron trifluoride ether complex (BF3" OEtz) as catalyst and dichloromethane (CH2Clz) as solvent. Then the terminal hydroxyl groups of PNMMO were nitrated by using nitric acid/acetic anhydride to obtain nitrato- terminated poly 3-nitratomethyl-3-methyloxetane (NTPNMMO) oligomer plasticizer. The structure and performance of NTPNMMO were characterized by using IR, 13C-NMR and DSC. The results show that glass transition temperature of NTPNMMO is -45.32℃, its thermal decomposition peak temperature is 213.47℃, and it has good application prospect as energetic plasticizer.
