110 kV Main Transformer Maintenance Technique and Defection Disposal

摘要 介绍了飞来峡电站110kV主变压器存在的缺陷情况,分析了主变缺陷产生的原因,需要结合主变A级检修进行吊罩检查及处理缺陷。在主变吊罩检查中发现故障部位主要集中在无励磁分接开关和低压套管的内部连线上,优选消除故障点方案并予以处理。通过本次对变压器A级检修,总结了检修成果及经验教训,为分析和处理变压器类似检修提供借鉴作用。 Introduction was made to the existing defection situation of 110 kV main transformer in Feilaixia power plant. Analysis was made to the defection causes of main transformer and there was a need to combine main transformer A class maintenance to carry out cover lift examination and defection disposal. During main transformer cover lift examination, it was found that the fault part mainly centralized in tapping switch without excitation and low-voltage casing internal connecting wires. The optimized fault point plan was chosen to eliminate and disposal the fault. Via transformer class A maintenance this time, maintenance achievement and ex- perience and lessons are summed up, to provide references for analysis and transformer disposal of similar maintenance.
