On the Advantages,Problems and Countermeasures of Non-governmental Organizations Participating in the Aged Caring at Home

非政府组织凭借其独特优势,在居家养老服务体系的构建中发挥着重要作用,有效弥补了政府和市场在养老领域的滞后与不足,对居家养老模式中的非政府组织进行主体分析逐渐成为研究的热点问题。分析了非政府组织参与居家养老的优势和意义,并就其实践过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,最后总结提炼了完善非政府组织进一步参与居家养老模式的对策建议。

With the particular advantages, non-governmental organizations play an important role in the construction of aged caring at home, make up for the lag and shortage of the government and mar- ket in the aged caring. Giving subjective analysis to non-governmental organizations has become a hot research topic. This paper analyzed the advantages and significance of non-governmental organizations＇ participating in aged caring at home and discussed the existing problems in practice. Finally the paper summarized and put forward suggestions to improve non-governmental organizations~ participating in aged caring at home further.
