摘要
鉴于某航空发动机试验台的温度监控系统在参数修改、结果统计、数据保存、报表打印等方面的诸多弊端,现利用LabVIEW软件,实现了以工控机为上位机,以智能仪表为下位机的温度监控系统。系统在修改参数、数据储存、报表打印等方面的性能得到改善,自动化程度提高,数据储存更合理。重点讨论了软件与仪表的通信、数据处理、保存及实时报表输出打印过程中所出现的问题及解决方法。
Because of the deficiencies in parameters modification, data saving, report printing and so on for the previous temperature monitor system of the current aeroengine testing stand, a new system based on LabVIEW is described which uses a PC as its upper level computer and intelligent instruments as the lower level computer. Actual running of the system shows that it has prominent advantages in parameters modification, data saving and report printing. In addition, the system's automation has been increased, and the way of data saving is much more reasonable. The method of the communication between the software and the instruments, the ways of data processing and saving, the real-time testing report generating and the existed problems and their solutions which occurred in these process are mainly studied.
