摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法,以 Spherisorb ODS柱为固定相,甲醇一四氢呋喃一水一甲酸为流动相,并应用二极管阵列检测技术,分析了天精中的黄酮类化合物,经UV、IR、HNMR、13CNMR、MS等波谱分析,鉴定了天精中 5种黄酮类化合物分别是 5,7,3’一三羟基一6,4’,5’一三甲氧基黄酮(1),金合欢素(2),金合欢素一7—O—a—L一鼠李糖基(1→6)一β一D一葡萄糖甙(3),木樨草素(4),槲皮素一3—O—a—L一鼠李糖基(1→6)一β—D一葡萄糖甙(5),其中(1)为新化合物.
Flavonoids in leaves of lycium chinense were analysed by using high performance liquid chromatography in which spherisorb ODS column as stationary phase, methanol - tetrahydrofuran - water - formic acid as mobile phase and diode array detecting technique was used. Five flavoniods were identified as 5, 7, 3 - trihydroxy - 6, 4', 5'- trimethoxy flavone(1 ), acacetin(2 ), acacetin - 7 - O - a - L - rhamnopyranosyl - (l6) - β - D - glucopyranside (3 ), luteolin(4) and quercetin - 3 - O - a - L - rhamnopyranosyl - (1-6) - β - D - glucopyranside(5 ) by means of UV, IR, IHNMR, 13 CNMR and MS.
