我国城镇非正规就业女性的社会保障问题研究

On the Social Welfare of Informally-Employed Women in Towns

随着经济的发展,非正规就业越来越普遍,也由此产生了社会保障问题。本文以女性为视角,以社会保障为落脚点,研究在非正规就业前提下的女性的社会保障问题。通过对我国非正规就业女性社会保障现状的描述,从社会保障的进入门槛、家庭与工作的冲突、人力资本困境、劳动力市场及女性自身角度分析现状的原因,并针对原因提出相应的对策。

With the development of economy, informal employment is becoming more and more common, and it has also brought about social welfare problems. This article, from the perspective of female, studies the social welfare of women in informal employment. Firstly, it describes the current situation, and then, it examines the qualification of social welfare, conflicts between family and work, human capital dilemma, labor market and women’s roles, and the reason of current situation. At last, this paper puts forward some corresoondin~ solutions to these problems.
