摘要
以高岭土为原料确定了合成洗涤剂用助剂 4A沸石的主要工艺条件 ,通过煅烧和添加络合剂屏蔽有色离子使 4A沸石的白度与钙离子交换能力 (CIEC)均得到了提高 ;并且借助 XRD和 FTIR等测试手段对 4A沸石的结构进行了分析。
The main technical conditions for synthesizing 4A zeolite with kaolin were determined. The whiteness and calcium ions exchange capacity (CIEC) of the product were increased by calcining and screening the coloring ions, and the high quality 4A zeolite was synthesized successfully. Moreover, the structure of 4A zeolite was studied by X ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, respectively.
