摘要
住宅维修决策是一个动态时变优化过程 ,本文研究了住宅结构的时变可靠性 ,讨论了住宅的动态可靠度与维修可靠度 ,建立了住宅维修可靠度与维修费用之间的时变函数关系。
The decision of housing maintenance is a time-dependent and optimezation process.In this paper,the time-dependent reliability of house structure was studied,the dynamic reliability and maintenance reliability of housing were discussed,the relation of time- dependent functions between reliability and cost of housing maintenance were established.
