达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗合并高胰岛素血症多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Metformin Combined with Diane -35 in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Complicated with Hyperinsulinemia

目的观察达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并高胰岛素血症病人的疗效。方法根据治疗方案的不同,将135例多囊卵巢综合征合并高胰岛素血症病人分为:达英-35治疗组,二甲双胍治疗组,达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗组及未接受任何治疗的对照组。观察各组FSH、LH、T、INS、LH/FSH比值的水平。结果达英-35联合二甲双胍组FSH、LH、T、INS水平、LH/FSH比值与单独使用达英-35组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并高胰岛素血症较单独使用达英-35更有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with hyperinsulinemia. Methods According to the different treatments, 135 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and hyperinsulinemia were divided into diane-35 group, metformin group, diane-35 combined with metformin group and the control group （without treatment）. The level of FSH and LH, T, INS, LH/FSH ratio in each groups were observed. Results There were differences between diane-35 combined with metformin group and diane-35 group in level of FSH, LH, T, INS and LH/FSH ratio （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Diane-35 combined with metformin is more effective than diane-35 alone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with hyperinsulinemia.
