胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗恶性心律失常的疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Amiodarone Combined with Potassium Magnesium Aspartate in Treating Malignant Arrhythmia

目的探讨胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗恶性心律失常的临床效果。方法将我院恶性心律失常患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组给予胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,评估两者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组起效时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的治疗副反应发生。结论胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗恶性心律失常的临床效果明确,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone combined with potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of malignant arrhythmia. Methods Eighty patients with malignant arrhythmia in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 40） and the control group （n = 40）. The control group received the treatment of amiodarone, and the observation group received the treatment of amiodarone combined with potassium magnesium aspartate. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The onset time in the observation group was fewer than that in control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. No significant side effect was found in both groups. Conclusions Amiodarone combined with potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of malignant arrhythmia has definite clinical effect, which is worthy of application.
