拜阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的研究

Clinical Research of Aspirin Combined with Edaravone in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨拜阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗发病3小时内的急性脑梗死的效果。方法 150例急性脑梗死患者分为两组;治疗组75例用拜阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗;对照组75例用拜阿司匹林联合安慰剂治疗。结果治疗组痊愈率76.00%,对照组痊愈率61.33%,治疗组和对照组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论拜阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗起效迅速、疗效好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of aspirin combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction attacked within 3 hours. Methods 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 75） received the treatment of aspirin combined with edaravone, while the control group （n = 75） received the treatment of aspirin combined with placebo. Results The cure rate was 76.00% in the treatment group, and 61.33% in the control group; the difference of cure rate between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Aspirin combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has quick effect and good efficacy.
