早产低体重新生儿的护理分析

Analysis of Nursing for Premature Newborns with Low Birthweight

目的探讨早产低体重新生儿的护理方法及护理效果。方法选取自2009年6月至2010年5月在本院出生的早产新生儿100例,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,其中,观察组早产低体重新生儿采取综合护理方案;对照组新生儿采取传统护理方案,对两组早产新生儿在体重增加、首次排胎粪时间、首次排便时间以及并发症等方面的情况进行对比分析。结果采取综合护理方案的早产低体重新生儿的体重增加情况明显高于采取传统护理方案的早产低体重新生儿,观察组新生儿首次排胎粪、首次排便时间明显早于对照组,并且并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论对于早产低体重新生儿采取综合护理措施可以明显改善其生活质量,具有极大的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and nursing effect of premature newborns with low birthweight. Methods 100 cases of premature newborns from June 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly and averagely. The preterms with low birthweight in the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing plan; the newborns in the control group adopted the traditional nursing plan. The premature newborns between the two groups were comparatively analyzed in the aspects of weight gain, the first meconium time, the first defecation time and complications. Results The premature newborns with low birthweight by comprehensive nursing scheme increased more weight significantly than those by traditional nursing plan; the newborns in the observation group had earlier time of first meconium and first defecation significantly than those in the control group, and the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures taken for premature newborns with low birthweight can obviously improve their quality of life, which has great value of clinical application and dissemination.
