益肾通胶囊对经尿道前列腺电切术后康复的影响

Influence of Yishentong Capsule on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Transurethral Resection

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后患者结合口服益肾通胶囊对康复的影响。方法将83例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为两组,两组病例均行TURP术,治疗组42例术后结合口服益肾通胶囊,对照组41例术后予口服模拟药胶囊,以30天为1疗程,共2个疗程。对比两组术前、术后的国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分,生活质量(QOL)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)及剩余尿量(RU)等指标。结果与对照组比较,治疗组QOL评分降低,Qmax提高,IPSS评分降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);RU比值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 TURP术后结合口服益肾补气通瘀的益肾通胶囊可以促进TURT术后患者的康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of Yishentong capsule after TURP. Methods 83 patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group （n = 42） took Yishentong capsule orally and the control group （n = 41） took simulated capsule, both after TURP surgery. A period of treatment was 30 days, and 2 periods each group. We compared IPSS, QOL, Qmax, RU before and after the surgery. Results Compared with the control group, the experiment group had reduced QOL, enhanced Qmax, reduced IPSS, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）; RU＇s differences were statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Oral Yishentong capsule after TURP can help patients getting better and improve the quality of life.
