摘要
目的探讨新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗的护理方法。方法回顾101例新生儿黄疸光疗前准备、光疗中、光疗后护理的过程并总结经验。结果 101例新生儿黄疸患儿通过持续48～72小时蓝光照射均痊愈出院,其中发热<38℃2例,腹泻6例,皮疹9例。结论通过光疗前准备,光疗中护理,光疗后护理可保证蓝光照射治疗的顺利、安全进行。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of blue light phototherapy for neonatal jaundice. Methods 101 cases of newborn jaundice were collected. The nursing procedure before, during and after phototherapy was analyzed retrospectively and highlighted experience about nursing. Results All newborns with jaundice were cured completely by continuous blue light phototherapy for 48 - 72 hours. 17 newborns had adverse effects, fever in 2 cases, diarrhea in 6 cases, and rash in 9 cases. Conclusions Phototherapy can be carried out safely and successfully by preparation before phototherapy, nursing during and after phototherapy.
