摘要
在介绍所采用的测定玄武岩料床透气率的理论模型、实验原理和实验方法的基础上,测定了玄武岩散堆料床的透气率.给出了透气率与气体流速、压力梯度和料床粒度分布之间的关系.并对理论方法和实验结果进行了误差分析,为判定该理论方法和实验结果的可靠性以及进一步提高测试精度提供了依据.该测量方法装置简单易行,测量结果准确.通过对不同粒径玄武岩组成的料床的实验研究,证明了实验方法是可行的.
The theoretic model, the experimental theory and method to investigate the permeability of basalt particle aggregates were developed in this paper. The permeabilities of basalt particle beds were tested. The relationship between the permeability and the airflow rate, the pressure gradient and the particle sizes of basalt particle beds were given. Moreover, the paper made the error analysis to the experimental method and results. It provided the basis on judging the reliability of the method and results and to raise the precision of measurement. The method and equipment in this paper are simple, and the results are exact. It was proved that the method was available by experimentally studying basalt particle beds with different particle sizes.
