摘要
DME作为柴油机的引燃剂时,对其燃烧与排放特性进行了试验研究.该燃烧方式通过进气过程喷入一定量的DME燃料,形成均质的稀薄混合气,预混合气着火燃烧后再主喷柴油,实现预混合-主喷油燃烧方式,即燃烧过程中稀薄燃烧与扩散燃烧相结合.研究结果表明, DME预混合比例有一个最佳值,适当的预混合对发动机经济性、降低 NOx和碳烟排放、改善燃烧噪声有明显效果.
A new combustion style for diesel engine has been described in this paper. DME is injected from the inlet pipe as an ignition-imptoving additive. The experimental results show that the lean combustion (DME) and diffuse combustion can be obtained, it will be benefit to improve the engine performance and reduce the toxic emissions. However, it is very improtant to control the DME ratio to a suitable value.
