摘要
江苏省义务教育已经从"资源均衡"向"优质均衡"阶段迈进,在实践层面上致力于教育质量的优化与提升。有的地区在联合办学、组建教育集团等方面总结了多种经验模式,通过结对、整合等方式形成区域内优质学校和薄弱学校的共同发展,实现资源共享;有的地区通过教学改革、课程改革等举措,不断提高学校教育教学水平;有的地区推进教师队伍建设、教师流动机制,促进教师专业发展和优质师资均衡;还有的地区注重学校内涵发展,充分运用校内外资源挖掘自身优势,构建优质文化,打造学校特色。
Compulsory education in Jiangsu Province has progressed from "resource equilibrium" to "high quality equilibrium".Schools in some areas combine together or form education groups,and have summarized various experience modes.Quality schools share resources with weak schools to realize constant improvement.Schools in some areas make great progress in teachers' professional development.Some schools pay attention to their connotation development and make full use of their own advantage resources for the sake of constructing high quality culture and creating school characteristics.
