Good schools must be sustained by good teachers.In relation to an excellent individual,an excellent teaching staff is more important in subject construction and development.Jiangning Science Park Primary School has found effective ways of teachers' pushing school development,including goal realization,learning motivation,mental integration,and assessment and encouragement.
