摘要
笔者基于2010年南通市区学科带头人、骨干教师等评选结果数据的分析,得出目前城郊初中教研力量特别薄弱,而英语教研现状更令人堪忧。笔者就所在学校的切身体会分析了部分原因并对症下药,从多角度提出了初步的解决之道。
Analysis of election data about subject leading teachers and pillar teachers in Nantong City in 2010 reveals that teaching and research in the suburban junior middle schools is in a extremely poor state,especially the status quo of English teaching and research.This author,based on her own experiences,analyzes some reasons and takes corresponding measures to solve the problem from such aspects as talent,process,quality,procedure,and efficiency,etc.
