我国东北地区集装箱海铁联运发展对策的研究

Study on Development Countermeasures of Container Sea-Rail Intermodal Transportation in Northeast Area of China

从中铁集装箱运输有限责任公司沈阳分公司在实行合署办公、深化三方合作、推进基础设施建设、优化运输组织、加大政策支持力度5个方面,阐述了东北地区海铁联运发展现状。结合东北地区集装箱海铁联运的发展实践,分析当前集装箱海铁联运工作存在的主要问题,提出未来加快发展海铁联运的对策和建议。

Take the Shanyang Branch Company of CRCT as example, this paper expounds the development sta- tus of sea-rail intermodal transportation in northeast area of China from 5 aspects: implementing working in united office, deepening three party cooperation, promoting infrastructure construction, optimizing transport organization and increasing policy support. Combined with development practice of the transportation, the paper analyzes current problems existing in the transportation and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the development of sea-rail intermodal transportation in future.
