摘要
通过问卷调查发现,影响学生网上有效评教的主要原因有:学生的评教态度、师生间的亲疏关系、课程类型和教师自身的因素等,提出从加大评教活动的宣传力度,科学构建评价指标体系,科学组织评教活动,营造评教过程中和谐平等的师生关系,理性看待学生评教结果等方面完善学生网上评教制度,提高评教工作效率,保证教学质量监控工作科学有效地进行。
The paper discovers the main factors influencing objective and effective Web-based teaching evaluation through the questionnaire survey, such as students＇ attitude for evaluating teachers, relationships between teachers and students, course type, and teachers their own reasons and advances enhancing teaching evaluation propaganda, setting up scientific evaluating system, organizing teaching evaluation scientifically, creating a harmonious and equal relationship between teachers and students in the process of evaluation and viewing evaluation results rationally etc in order to perfect evaluation system, improve evaluation efficiency and guarantee teaching quality control effectively.
