对文山市加快防灾减灾体系建设的初步探究

A Study on Quickening Construction of Disaster Prevention and Release System in Wenshan

近年来,随着城市化、工业化的推进以及对自然资源的过度开采,加剧了环境恶化。且受全球气候变化和文山市特殊的气候条件、地貌特征影响,文山市自然灾害呈现出多样化和多发性,给全市社会经济发展造成了不良影响。因此,认真分析文山市灾害特点,开展防灾减灾体系建设对策研究,对构建安全可靠的防灾减灾支撑体系,保障文山市经济社会又好又快发展,具有十分重要的意义。

In recent years, environment becomes worse increasingly with urbanization, the advance of industrialization and over-exploitation of natural resources. With the global climate change and influence of Wenshan special climatic and geographic conditions, the natural disasters show diverse and multiple features which cause a negative impact to the city＇s socio-economic development. Therefore, the paper deems that analyzing the disaster characteristics and studying countermeasures for building safe and reliable disaster prevention and release system and guaranteeing city＇s sound and rapid economic development has great significance.
