摘要
衡量一条生产线是否运行良好和顺畅,生产线平衡率是一个非常重要的指标。而当生产线出现瓶颈工序时,就会不可避免的影响到生产线的平衡率。平衡率改善的基本原则是通过调整工序的作业内容来使各工序作业时间接近或减少这一偏差。模特法(简称MOD法),作为作业测定中预定时间标准法的代表方法,在生产线平衡的研究中受到广泛运用。文中应用MOD法对某包装线进行工序分析,得出其瓶颈工序,针对其进行改进,通过分析比较,改进后的包装线平衡率得到有效提高。
The balance ration is an important index of evaluating production line performance. The bottleneck process will have impact on the balance ratio of production line. The basic rule to improve balance ratio is to make operation time close by adjusting the operation content. MOD method is applied to the research of production line balance as a standard method for determining the work time .The MOD method is used to analyze the process of a certain packing line and the bottleneck process is described. The improvement is implemented according to the bottleneck process. The balance ratio of this packing line is improved comparing with the former.
