B2C电子商务环境下的退货逆向物流研究

The Study of Return Reverse Logistics in B2C E-commerce Transactions

网络时代电子商务的兴起给社会带来了巨大的变革,退货逆向物流则是B2C电子商务交易中无法回避的问题,传统B2C模式的电子商务必须延伸到逆向物流尤其是退货管理层面。文中从B2C电子商务交易中退货逆向物流产生的原因出发,分析了电子商务逆向物流管理中的退货现状及相应对策,就从事电子商务的企业如何开展退货管理进行探讨。

In the rapid development of the E-business,return reverse logistics has been a problem that can not evade in B2C E-commerce transactions,and the traditional mode of B2C electronic commerce must extend to the reverse logistics especially return management level.The paper discusses the causes of return reverse logistics,following by the analysis of current situation of the goods return management in the E-business environment,and the countermeasures are studied.How the enterprise taking part in the E-business implements the goods return management is also discussed.
