湖北“十二五”城乡协调发展的对策探讨

Countermeasures on Hubei Urban and Rural Harmonious Development in “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Period

统筹城乡发展既是全面建设小康社会的重大任务,也是实现"十二五"时期科学发展、转变发展方式的重要方面。结合湖北省情及发展阶段,从农业发展、城镇化进程、县域经济等方面剖析制约湖北城乡协调发展的原因,并提出发展现代农业、走新型城镇化道路、壮大县域经济等对策思路。

Urban and rural development is a major task of building a well-off society,but also an important aspect of realizing the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ scientific development,transforming the mode of development.Based on Hubei province and the stage of development,author analyses the restricting factors and its reasons,such as modern agricultural development,urbanization,county regional economy,and proposes the countermeasures from above three aspects.
